Who we are

PAAVS AI is run by PAAVS, a software company in Tamil Nadu, India. Questions and requests: sales@paavs.com.

The waitlist

If you join the waitlist we keep your email address, and your organisation and intended use if you give them. We use them only to decide when to invite you and to email you about PAAVS AI early access. We delete them when you ask, or when early access opens to everyone.

Your account

For each person we keep a name, an email address and a password hash (never the password). For each organisation we keep its name, its members and their roles, its API keys (only a hash of each secret, never the key), and a log of who changed what in the console.

What you send through the API

• Model calls. Your request goes to Anthropic, which runs the model, and the answer comes back to you. PAAVS does not store the content of your requests or answers. We record each call's time, model, token counts, cost, status and any names you put in the optional feature and user headers, so we can enforce your monthly cap and show you your usage.
• Documents you index for search. We store their text, split into passages, with the numbers that make them searchable, on PAAVS's servers in Singapore, labelled with your organisation. Search only ever returns your own organisation's documents. You can delete a document or a whole collection through the API, and it's gone from search at once.
• We don't use your content to train models, and neither does Anthropic under its commercial terms.

Billing

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe directly; we keep the Stripe customer and subscription IDs, the subscription status and the number of seats.

Where it is and who else handles it

PAAVS AI runs at Fly.io in Singapore. Encrypted daily backups of the database are kept in AWS in Mumbai, India. The companies that process data for us are listed on the sub-processors page.

This website

We set one cookie, and only when you sign in: it keeps you signed in for up to 12 hours. There are no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking scripts. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security.

How long we keep it

Account and organisation data: while the account is open. Usage records: while the account is open, for billing and your usage history. Documents you index: until you delete them or close the account. When you close an account we delete its data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep for billing; copies in encrypted backups go as those backups expire.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing sales@paavs.com. We'll answer within 30 days.
